MILLAGE REPAIR PROGRAM
OVERVIEW: The Muskegon County Senior Millage Repair Program helps seniors age 60 and older throughout Muskegon County with home repairs and yard maintenance within Muskegon County. The Community and Neighborhood Services Department (CNS) of the City of Muskegon, is awarded money through Senior Resources, the agency who administers and oversees the Muskegon County Senior Millage funds, to facilitate services for seniors.

Egelston Township Senior Citizen Program invites ALL Senior Citizens!

A The Muskegon County Senior Activities Committee recommended and the County Board of Commissioners has approved a limited amount of Muskegon County Senior Millage funding to provide snow removal and lawn service to seniors 60+.
Qualified seniors are those who, for medical and financial reasons are not able to perform the service themselves and do not have able people living in the home with them.
Additional qualifiers pertain. If you know of older adults who meet these criteria and who were warned or fined last year for lawn negligence, please refer them to
Senior Resources at 231-733-3585 so we can see if they quality for millage funding.
